By placing your order, you agree to our terms and that they have been read and understood. Save your Credit Card Receipt for reference to Dates Purchased! We will also keep a copy of each order!
All Orders are handled on a first-in, first-out basis. If we have problems with any of our services we will do all we can to correct the problem and email our customers with the estimated time for the problem to be corrected.
Pursuant to this Agreement, MLMLeads.org, and its “Clients” shall agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.) Leads orders are filled as quickly as possible. On most lead orders, a 10% overage is applied to compensate for any bad phone numbers. In the rare event that you receive bad leads in excess of the extra leads provided, then you may simply return the bad leads and we will gladly supply you with additional replacement leads. These leads must be returned to support@MLMLeads.org within 5 business days of receiving the leads. Leads are delivered via email in text, excel, or csv format..
2.) There are NO REFUNDS on lead packages after orders have been received. Refunds before order delivery will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
3.) MLMLeads.org is not responsible for leads delivered, but not received, due to being given an incorrect email address. We are not responsible for leads not picked up in a timely fashion due to being sent to a spam or bulk email folder. We are also not responsible for leads delivered, but blocked by your ISP.
4.) MLMLeads.org reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.
5.) The relationship between MLMLeads.org and the Client will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California. Client hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California and the federal courts situated in the State of California in connection with any action arising between the parties.
6.) By agreeing to this Agreement, the Client warrants that the Client (or Authorized Representative of the Client) is at least 18 years of age and that there is no legal reason that the Client cannot enter into a binding contract.
7.) MLMLeads.org does not take responsibility for any issues that may arise while calling any purchased leads. MLMLeads.org will provide the timestamp and DSN No for your convenience in dealing with any complaints that may arise from the person called.
8.) MLMLeads.org is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any leads that were passed to our customers that may have been on the NO CALL List. Buy and Call all leads from MLMLeads.org at your own risk.

Applicable Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without resorting to its conflict of law provisions. If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Arkansas. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us. If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Arkansas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
Termination
Notwithstanding any of these Terms of Service, MLMLeads.org reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your permission to use the Site, for any or no reason, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Site. MLMLeads.org may, in its sole discretion, discontinue or alter any or all aspects of the Site or the services offered thereon at any time without notice.
Miscellaneous
